The our Company
‘l Garbin Farm is in Chiomonte – Via dell’Avanà, a territory where the Valsusa DOC wine finds his best expression. It was born in 2006 to revive our family’s vine-growing tradition and land conservation.
The farm also produces honey, ZafferanoValsusa®, and cultivates the olive tree
once present on their land.

The Wine
The vineyard are entirely hand-made and during harvest the grapes are harvested with Garbin and the basckets. The Vigna Veja can only be reached on foot along mule tracks and climbing steep staircases build in dry stone walls.
Between a glass and the other we were kidnapped by the enthusiasm of the company owner 'l Garbin.

Yesterday we were with the Turin Slow Food conduct to a tasting of wines from this winery that are of excellent quality, all under the able direction of the exquisite Signora Nadia who gives a further touch of class to the evening.
