Indigenous white grape variety of the Susa Valley replanted in the Upper Val Susa on the Chiomonte terraces.
The wine is straw yellow with greenish notes. The aroma is intense with green apple, pineapple and grassy notes and eucalyptus aromas.
It is complex in the mouth, with a long tangy finish, accompanied by a firm acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, goes very well with fish and saffron risotto.
